Pittenweem Poster
Pittenweem is a pleasant fishing village in the East Neuk of Fife.
This print illustrates the harbour, the main focus of the village, still an active place for fishing boats to return with their daily fish market produce. Many of the pretty houses around the harbour are of traditional Fife design, noted for their red pantile or grey-slate roofs with crow-step gables. The village is also known for it's art festival they have every year, attracting many thousands of visitors. This illustration depicts a sculpture of a dog that was on display in a previous year. I think the seagull quite likes it!
